On the third Saturday of each month, the Lakeland Defensive Pistol Club draws shooting enthusiasts from across central Florida to participate in an International Defensive Pistol Association match.  

These matches provide a great opportunity for handgun owners to practice gun handling and tactics in simulated "real world" self defense scenarios.
